What's a motion comic? Some of you may already know without realizing it. Anyone that has DC's Watchman DVD comic owns a motion comic; and you know that the future of comics is 'motion comics'. For anyone that has not seen a motion comic. Imagine the vivid illustrations that are generally static and motionless panning or zooming for emphasis along with minor moving elements in the background or foreground from time-to-time.

Marvel has taken the initiative to offer a free episode of their motion comics in an effort to draw in subscribers.

Ripped from the pages of "Secret Invasion" and "New Avengers," this explosive first episode follows the new adventures of Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman as she rediscovers her life in a world she did not make. The Secret Invasion is over. Now comes the reckoning.




If that's not enough. Joss Whedon (Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog) has penned an episode which you can get a glimpse of in this trailer. And unlike some of the poor dialogue in the Spider Woman episode above, it has all the trappings of great Joss Whedon writing. It will be available October 28th.

If you are traveling in Asia anytime soon, may I suggest stopping in the mountainous village Kunming, South China? It has a beautiful scenery.

Yeah, you read that right.

This town was founded by little people fleeing from exploitation and discrimination. The townspeople are self sufficient, complete with a fire brigade and police force. Spokesman Fu Tien said, "As small people we are used to being pushed around and exploited by big people. But here there aren't any big people and everything we do is for us."

The townspeople have made their town into a tourist attraction by erecting mushroom houses and dressing like fairy tale creatures.

...And they thought this would avoid discrimination?

Lauren Conrad is riding her reality television fame all the way to the big screen. The "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills" star penned LA Candy, a novel released earlier this year. The book is still on the New York Times bestseller list after fourteen weeks (but so was sTORI Telling Tori's Spelling's book.. apparently NY Bestseller isn't that far out of reach for starlets). Conrad has sold the rights to the film to Temple Hill Entertainment, the production company responsible for the Twilight series.

The book is about Jane Roberts, a nineteen-year old girl who moves to Los Angeles, finds fame while starring in a reality show, and then deals with the subsequent repercussions of fame. Sound eerily familiar?

Conrad is poised to release two more books through her publishing company. If you don't want to purchase the books, just watch reruns of "The Hills"- the book is basically a written play by play of her everyday life.

Justin Timberlake finally ditched his less famous girlfriend Jessica Biel. The couple broke up last month and dated for three years.
Friends of Timberlake have confirmed media suspicions that the couple has split. Biel's friends claim that the couple is "so hot and cold" that it is often difficult to determine the status of their relationship.
According to published reports, Justin Timberlake was seen at a VMA after party getting cozy with songstress Rihanna last month. Timberlake has recently made headlines about his burgeoning acting career. He was selected to play Sean Parker, co-founder of Napster, in the upcoming film about Facebook called The Social Network.
No word from Jessica's camp just yet, but this reporter sure is excited that JT is back on the market!

Roger Avary, Oscar-winning screenwriter of movie Pulp Fiction, is sentenced to one year in jail and five years probation for vehicular manslaughter and DUI charges. Avary was the cause of a tragic car accident in January 2008, in which he was driving at 100 mph when the car sped out of control. The crash killed passenger and family friend Andreas Zini and critically injured Avary's wife, Gretchen. A $4.1 million settlement has been reached with the victim's family. Avary has taken full responsibility for his actions, saying: "It has profoundly altered me to the very core of my being."

"Jon & Kate Plus 8" will soon be simply "Kate Plus Eight," according to the TLC network, who announced Tuesday that its hit reality show is adapting to totally unexpected changes in the Gosselin household, which has been disrupted by the split up of Kate and Jon.

The renamed "Kate Plus Eight," which begins November 2, will continue to follow the lives of the Gosselin kids (5-year-old sextuplets - Alexis Faith, Hannah Joy, Aaden Jonathan, Collin Thomas, Leah Hope, Joel Kevin and 8-year-old twins, Cara Nicole & Madelyn "Mady" Kate ) but will also focus on Kate's new role as a single mother.

"It's not a huge shift, but it's reflective of where the show was already going," said Eileen O'Neill, TLC's president and general manager,"Jon's going to be involved in the show," she said, adding that he will be seen less often than before. While most fans disliked the nagging Kate, who seemed to always get in Jon's face with seemingly never-ending put-downs during the first few seasons, Jon has proven himself to be a lazy, self-centered jerk in the eyes of many current viewers.

The couple made their separation official on a "Jon & Kate" episode that aired in June and was seen by 10.6 million viewers.

A month after DJ AM's untimely death, New York City's medical examiner has announced that the cause of death was an accidental overdose. Toxicology tests showed that the celebrity DJ, born Adam Goldstein, died from acute intoxication caused by a combination of prescription drugs and cocaine. The report lists painkillers OxyContin and Vicodin; anti-anxiety medications Ativan, Klonopin, and Xanax; antihistamine Benadryl; and cocaine cut with Levamisole as present in his system when he was found dead in his apartment last month. Several prescription pill bottles and a crack pipe were also found in the apartment.

Goldstein survived a plane crash last year, along with friend Travis Barker, and was reportedly taking the anti-anxiety medication to treat his resulting fear of flying. Goldstein had also suffered from addiction problems in the past, and even took part in a drug intervention TV show before his death, which MTV is still planning to air.

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has posted on his blog that he is forming a new band. There has been a lot of news surrounding Yorke these days, between writing a song for the New Moon soundtrack and taking a break from Radiohead to write some solo work. This new band will be performing said solo material, and will include Nigel Godrich (Radiohead's producer), Joey Waronker (drummer for Beck and R.E.M), Maura Refosco, and Flea, bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Robert Pattinson who is known for playing vampire Edward Cullen in 'Twilight' - claims that the roles he is offered rarely challenge his acting abilities.

“Annoyingly, there are so few parts I feel I can add anything to, or that I want to do," Robert complained. "Acting is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life."

"I don’t want to be an actor for the sake of it. I don’t find any particular pleasure in being an attention-seeker."

Robert is somewhat overwhelmed by his new found fame because he thought the film adaptation of Stephanie Meyer's vampire drama would be "something really small."

"It’s strange because even though the figures show that the books were successful and sold millions of copies, you couldn’t even buy them in London," Robert told AnOther Man magazine. "Hardly anyone I knew had read them."

"I had no idea at all. I’d seen my co-star Kristen Stewart in 'Into the Wild' and some of the director Catherine Hardwicke’s other films, and that’s all I thought it was, something really small.”

The rumor mill has blown an interesting story in our general direction.

Recently divorced singer Madonna has allegedly spoken about the possibility of marrying her 22 year old boy toy Jesus Luz. Randy Taraborrelli, Madonna's biographer, addressed the seriousness of their relationship despite a 29 year age difference.

Taraborrelli tells Britain's Hello! magazine, "The pop queen has been dating Jesus since January and it is thought the pair may marry before the end of the year. Madonna is crazy about Jesus and has been telling close friends and family that 'I could definitely see myself marrying him. Yes, it's definitely on the table.'"

Madonna has been married twice before- in the 80's to actor Sean Penn and in 2000 to director Guy Richie. Madonna met Jesus in December 2008, right before her divorce from Richie was finalized.

Lucy Vodden, passed away at age 46 due to complications with the immune disease lupus. She was the inspiration for The Beatles' 1967 hit song "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds".

It all stemmed from a drawing done by Julian Lennon, John Lennon's eldest son. The picture was of classmate Lucy Vodden, nee O'Donnell, at the Weybridge Nursery School in 1966. This must have been one heck of a drawing, as it inspired Lennon to pen one of the most famous Beatles songs of all time.

Pray that men were not really like in this in the 80's. It seems they were. Oh.... the pain of watching this. It's like a train wreck you can't take your eyes from.

Former Playboy Playmate Holly Madison will start shooting ‘Planet Holly’ in Las Vegas on October 12, and claims the new show will be “empowering” and fun.

“It will have some docu-drama, but it’s the perfect excuse for me to be normal in a light-hearted comedy romp," Holly said.

“‘Planet Holly’ also will have an empowering message for women showing that however crazy the ideas you might have, they can be achieved. "

“Growing up in Oregon, I had crazy dreams. I’d see Pamela Anderson or Jenny McCarthy on TV and say I’d like to do that, too. I wanted to go off on the adventure. I dreamed of being a sex symbol as a showgirl in Las Vegas - and it all came true!”

Holly – who is famous for dating Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner, who she split from last year – also wants to help young girls realise that their dreams can be achieved through hard work.

Referring to the burlesque production ‘Peepshow’ she has been a part of, Holly added: “Just because I‘ve wound up in ‘Peepshow’ on the Vegas Strip, I’m not stopping, and I’ve set myself five more things to achieve in life. I will never stop setting new goals because I’m having fun living life.”

British pop singer Lily Allen has decided to take some time off from music, possibly permanently, because of piracy issues that have been negatively affecting the music business. On her anti-piracy blog, Allen confirmed that she has no plans to tour or make another record after latest album It's Not Me, It's You. She says, "I do however remain a fan of new music, so this is not some selfish crusade. The days of me making money from recording music has been and gone as far as I'm concerned, so I don't (at this point) stand to profit from legislation." The singer has instead taken on a new endeavor, starring in the West End production of Neil Labute's play, Reasons To Be Pretty.

Ellen Pompeo, one of Grey's Anatomy's finest doctors, gave birth to a baby girl on September 15th. Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery named their first child Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery.

Stellaluna. Sound familiar? Maybe because it is the name of a bat from a children's book. The bat gets separated from her mother and adopted by a family of birds. Hopefully, this Stella Luna doesn't get separated from her ecstatic parents.

Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle welcomed their first child, Charlotte Grace, on September 19th. A rep for the couple says, "The family is over the moon." Sarah Michelle Gellar recently changed her last name to Prinze in preparation for parenthood.

Prinze, 33, married Gellar, 32, in 2002. The couple starred in movies such as "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and the "Scooby-Doo" series. Prinze will star in the television series '24' this fall. Congratulations to the newest family in Hollywood!

Renowned saxophonist Dave Kos earned a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame (#2,389 to be exact).

NFL New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has been sentenced to two years jail time pleading guilty to New York's tough gun laws. He has been found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon.

He will first be detained at Rikers Island. He'll first spend time in pens and be transported by the familiar white buses to Rikers. He will be moved within a month from Rikers to one of 34 medium security prisons in NY state where more security guards monitor the movement of inmates. This is better for Burress which helps in his own safety.

Burress arrived with this son in his arms and family in tow including his father. Burress attorney Benjamin Brafman commented the case was "terribly sad and very tragic." He also stated that law has no flexibility, not even the court had descrition to impose a less severe penalty.

Perhaps these words by Brafman say it best, "You can violate the law, be subject to severe punishment and not be a criminal."

This ordeal began when Plaxico and team mate Antonia Pierce were in the Latin Quarter nightclub in Manhattan in November of 2008. A gun Plaxico had in his pants fell down his pants and resulting in the gun discharging and shooting himself in his right thigh. The gun was unlicensed and in fact expired in Florida months earlier. Burress will be 34 when released.

Are you ready for this? Geri Halliwell, formerly known as Ginger Spice, has confirmed that she and the other former members of the Spice Girls are discussing reforming. Despite notoriously quitting the girl group in 1998, Halliwell met up for dinner with Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Mel C, where it is thought they discussed the reunion.

On UK TV show "This Morning," Halliwell said, "We are friends first and foremost. Obviously a career and music evolved through that friendship I think. Whatever happens afterwards is a bonus. We always talk about creative plans. Right now, I'll be honest. We are gathering information about a possibility, but I don't like to...when you are evolving a plan, you don't want to share it with the world."

Mel B, a.k.a Scary Spice, has also hinted at a reunion on her Twitter: "Spice girls, stadiums?????????? Had dinner with the amazing melc emma and geri I love them so much (sic)."

The "Wannabe" singers reformed briefly in 2007 for the "Return of the Spice Girls" tour, in which they performed 47 concerts across the world.

Heather Locklear will return to "Melrose Place" as scheming vixen Amanda Woodward. Locklear will make her debut appearance on the show Tuesday, November 17.

“We’re ecstatic to have the chance to bring Amanda Woodward back to ‘Melrose Place,’” said executive producers Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer. “Heather’s involvement in the show is something we’ve been working on for some time as we couldn’t imagine creating and producing this show without the iconic character’s inclusion.”

Locklear joined the popular 1990s series “Melrose Place” at the end of season one and remained part of the show throughout its seven year run. She joins original castmates Laura Leighton, Thomas Calabro, Josie Bisset and Daphne Zuniga in the updated version for The CW which airs Tuesdays at 9:00PM (ET/PT). The new “Melrose Place” series premiere improved 9% in women 18-34, 7% in adults 18-34 and 8% in adults 18-49 compared to the premiere of “Privileged” in the time period a year ago. In fact, Melrose Place's women 18-34 performance out-delivered every “Privileged” telecast in the time period last year and all but two “90210” telecasts (the second hour of last year’s series premiere and the May 12, 2009 telecast).

Pop superstar Madonna – who now follows a strict diet and exercise regime - was so “obsessed” with candy as a teenager she wanted to sell them.

“My dream was always to work in a candy store," Madonna said. "It was because of my obsession with candy. I’m not obsessed anymore, now that my teeth are all rotten!"

“I did go to a university for a year and there was a candy shop that I used to go to all the time, an old-fashioned one where all the candy was in these big glass jars. I used to go in there and look at all the candy and think, ‘God, it would be really cool to work in here; I could have candy whenever I wanted.’ ”

However, Madonna changed her mind when she moved to New York in the 70s and decided she wanted to be a pop star, no matter what it took.

“When I moved to the Big Apple, that was when I knew that that’s what I was going to do - be a singer and a songwriter and an entertainer," she said.

“I didn’t care if I had to starve, and live in a room with five guys, and wash in a sink; that was what I’m going to do. And because I lived a pretty dismal life and I didn’t care.”

Reality television star Khloe Kardashian is reportedly planning to tie the knot with basketball star Lamar Odom in Los Angeles on Sunday (9-27-09) – even thought they have only been dating for a month.

According to People magazine, the ceremony is being put together at such short notice, guests are being called on the phone to give them a heads up about the invitations that will come in the mail.

Khloe found the perfect wedding band while ring shopping with Lamar last week and that made the couple decide to jump ahead and get married.

“She’s not wearing it yet because it is being re-sized," a source said.

Last week the couple reportedly decided to get engaged after “talking about rings”, but no one from either family would comment on the speculation.

However, 25-year-old Khloe’s older sister Kim recently said things were going well between Khloe and the hunky basketball player.

"They're very, very happy," Kim said. "She thinks he's amazing and he makes her laugh and smile constantly."

Lamar, 29, has two children - seven-year-old son Lamar Jr. and 10-year-old daughter Destiny - with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales.

Lamar and his ex also had a son, Jayden, who died from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) at seven months in 2006.

The first lady and the kings of popular music were honored with nominations from MTV's European Music Awards (EMA). Lady Gaga and Kings of Leon are both up for five EMA's this year and compete against each other in three categories. Artists from the United States appear in nearly every category.

Gaga and Kings are both nominated in the Best Song, Best Live Act, and Best World Stage Performance categories. Gaga is also up for Best New Act and Best Female. She receives stiff competition from Beyonce Knowles and Katy Perry in the Best Female category. Kings of Leon are up for Best Group and Best Rock. Beyonce Knowles is up for four awards as well.

He says he may go with a bigger budget and more stars, if he does or not it won't change the storyline.

She and Him front woman Zooey Deschanel wed her rocker fiance Ben Gibbard in a private ceremony outside of Seattle, Washington this past weekend. The two announced their engagement after Gibbard, of Deathcab for Cutie fame, proposed to the singer/actress with a Neil Lane 3-carat engagement ring. The media recently announced that the two were planning their wedding.

It's refreshing to see a couple get married for all the right reasons, not whore themselves out to Us Weekly and People for photo op privileges. Best of luck to this adorable indie couple.

Paula Abdul finally decided to address (sort of) her departure from American Idol and her new replacement, Ellen Degeneres. By which we mean she put on a blonde wig, a pantsuit, and a pair of sneakers and danced her way down the aisle on VH1 Divas, impersonating the talk show host's typical on-air antics. Abdul, however, made it clear that the joke was all in good fun and even told Degeneres to call her if she ever needs advice. Wonder if that will ever happen. Check out the video below:

Singer Pink separated her shoulder, leaving her unable to perform some of her trapeze stunts at her Seattle show the other night. She's not sure exactly when it happened, but she guesses it was during rehearsal.

On her Twitter, she shares her pain: "I never knew exactly what Carey was going through when he broke his collarbone. Now I know. This hurts. It kinda feels like 50 angry invisible demon fairies are stabbing me. I fell. I'm an idiot. I can do trapeze all day long, but don't let me walk around."

However, she is still planning on performing despite the pain, refusing to cancel her upcoming concert dates. Her rep says, "The show must go on." That's dedication, people.

He's the villain; he's a monster. He does anything to bring attention to himself. He stole candy from a baby when he stole poor Taylor Swift's microphone on Sunday night. But guess what, he's a star, so everyone will pay attention to him.

KanYe West pulled an epic stunt at the 2009 Video Music Awards broadcasted on MTV. After storming the stage when Taylor Swift won an award over Beyonce, he praised Beyonce for her "best video of all time". West stomped on Taylor Swift's shining moment as the first country artist to receive a VMA.

Is anyone even suprised? West isn't famous for his model behavior (girlfriend/model Amber Rose takes care of that), he is a rapper, producer, and icon whose persona is larger than life. It is his responsibility, nay his job, to bring attention to himself, regardless of if it is positive or negative.

West did do the wrong thing, I am not advocating his behavior at all, I am simply stating that Kanye turned an interesting albeit boring telecast into national news. He also skyrocketed Taylor Swift to America's sweetheart status. People in the world who didn't know who Taylor Swift was or what kind of music she made now empathize with her because the big bad wolf blew her house down.

Although West has now apologized on the Internet, on Jay Leno, and on the phone to Swift herself, people are going to talk about how big of a jerk he is for the remainder of his career. It isn't fair to take one moment from an artist's career and punish them for it forever. HE SAID HE'S SORRY - move on people. Just think about all the good times you've had jamming to "College Dropout" or singing along to "Golddigger" and cut KanYe some slack.

Hank Baskett, ex-playmate Kendra Wilkinson's husband, has been released by the Philadelphia Eagles. The wide receiver was signed to the Eagles in 2006. The controversy surrounding Baskett's release isn't about his new found celebrity status, rather the player that is taking his spot on the roster- none other than convicted animal abuser Michael Vick.

The decision to release Baskett was announced by the Eagles' camp today. Baskett was the largest of seven wide receivers on the Eagles' roster. Although Baskett was an essential part of the Eagles offense, he lacked the bulkiness to play tight end. Additionally, Donovan McNabb injured his rib during the season opener versus the Carolina Panthers. Moving Vick, a three time pro-bowl quarterback, off of the exempt list was a strategic move for Philadelphia. Vick will train at quarterback to help the team continue their season's success.

Hank Baskett may not be a signed professional athlete at the moment, but he has no reason to wallow in self pity. He is one of the stars of E! network's most popular shows, Kendra. Baskett is expecting his first child with his wife in December.

The audio of President Obama has been leaked. I wonder what this will do for the loving relationship between the President and the White House Press Corp? For now, we get to enjoy some behind the scenes talk in the press room.

Meanwhile it shows the President is on the side of common sense and good manners, then again, when a press corp member calls what happened to Taylor Swift the "Joe Wilson Treatment" what side of the issue would you expect him to come down on?



It started off with a press pool member asking what seemed to be an on the record question, "Were your girls as hacked off as mine were that Kanye gave Taylor Swift the Joe Wilson treatment?" to which the President responded, "I thought that was really inappropriate. You know, it's like she's getting a award - what are you buttin' in? I hear ya, I agree with ya." Continuing after some press corp joking, "The young lady seems like a perfectly nice person. She's getting her award - what's he doing up there?" Press interjects "Why did he do that?" to which the President continued with indignant disgust, "...He's a jacka--." Which drew sophomoric laughter from some press members. "I'm assuming all this stuff - where's the pool? (laughter) Come on guys. Cut the President some slack. I got a lot of other stuff on my plate."

When the President says he has other stuff on his plate, he means he doesn't want to get involved. Good for him. The press should stop asking 'unPresidential' questions if they want him to avoid more beer summits. It's clear our nation is suffering from bad manners and outbursts. The President has already held one beer summit at this rate his required constant intervention could cost our country millions. That last sentence is a joke.

"The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" is a new theme park opening in Spring 2010 at Universal Orlando Resort, and will probably be the closest we'll ever come to Hogwarts. Featured ride "Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey" (named by J.K Rowling herself) will take patrons through scenes and rooms made to look like Hogwarts Castle. The entrance to the park will look like a station archway named for Hogsmeade, and a whistle and plume of steam will indicate the arrival of Hogwarts Express.

Other rides modeled after parts of the books will include the roller coasters "Dragon Challenge" and "Flight of the Hippogriff." There will also be Potter-themed shops such as Honeydukes, Ollivander's, and Zonko's which will all sell items from the stories such as chocolate frogs, magic wands, and Sneakoscopes. Dervish and Banges will sell instruments and Quidditch equipment, and guests can send letters at the Owl Post. The Three Broomsticks will even serve Butterbeer.

The design team for the park has made several trips to London to consult with author J.K Rowling, and art and set directors from the films were hired to translate the movies into the park. There could even be new footage of Potter stars shot on actual sets from "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" and "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."

Kanye West apologized for what he did to Taylor Swift on Jay Leno.



Kanye also wrote an apology on his blog, which read: "I feel like Ben Stiller in 'Meet the Parents' when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave."

"That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in anyway to take it from her. I am truly sorry."

He also claimed that 19-year-old Taylor's mother Andrea Swift "tore into him" backstage, demanding he apologies to her daughter.

"Taylor's mother said the same thing my mother would have said," Kanye wrote.

VMA host Russell Brand has defended Kanye, but admits his actions were out of line.

"I know Kanye, and I know he's a nice guy," Russell told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "We all make mistakes in life. We're all people, these things are a bit silly, no one died."

"But Taylor Swift's a young kid, isn't she? You can't make a pretty girl cry."

It's official. When the President calls you out, you have really sunk to a new low.

After a long 20 month battle with pancreatic cancer actor Patrick Swayze has passed away at the age of 57. His publicist told the Associated Press that Swayze passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. No further details were released.

Swayze earned his fame and sex symbol status with roles in film's such as "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost". Even after learning of his cancer diagnosis Swayze continued to work and keep a positive attitude. After outliving his initial prognosis of 6 months, he went on to complete filming on an entire season of the A&E drama series "The Beast" in which he played an undercover F.B.I agent, earning rave reviews from fans and critics.

Swayze put up a good fight and Hollywood has lost another iconic star, our thoughts are with this family and friends during this difficult time!

Elton John and his longtime partner David Furnish were hoping to adopt a Ukrainian orphan, but have been denied because of a national law that prohibits unmarried couples from adopting. Despite the fact that John and Furnish tied the knot in 2005 in one of the first legal civil unions in the U.K, Yuruy Pavlenko (Ukraine's Family, Youth and Sports Minister) says that Ukraine does not recognize homosexual unions as marriage.

On top of that, another law requires potential adoptive parents to be no more than 45 years older than the child to be adopted. Elton John is 62, making him ineligible to adopt the 14-month-old boy, named Lev. John met the boy while touring a hospital for HIV-infected children as part of a charity project.

While Pavlenko said Ukraine was grateful for John's charity work, he says: "Foreign citizens who are single have no right to adopt children ... and the age difference between the adopter and the child cannot be more than 45 years. The law is the same for everybody: for a president, for a minister, for Elton John."

God Bless America and bless Charlie Sheen too. Seems that eight years ago on September 11th what we witnessed as a nation was not what the collective millions of U.S. Citizens thought it was.

According to Charlie Sheen 9/11 was not the work of Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaeda. You may know Sheen as the actor starring in CBS's Two and a Half Men or films such as Major League or Scary Movie or other Hollywood classics. No doubt he brings his vast expertise to the table on his allegation that none other than our own U.S. Government is responsible for the 9/11 attacks.

The motive? The sheer doubt that 19 men armed with only box cutters could take down some of the tallest buildings in the world. Someone needs to remind Charlie that it was planes with full tanks of fuel crashing into those buildings is what caused them to fall; not box cutters. The threat of bombs on the plane's kept the passengers at bey. While the knives played key parts in the taking of the planes, it was the planes that took down the buildings.

But I put it to you my fellow Americans. Should we discount Charlie Sheen's claim when he also has other great minds that are NOT Hollywood actors joining his claim? Names like Ray McGovern a former CIA analyst, or BYU Professor Steven Jones.

I feel bad for Charlie, he actually thinks people are willing to listen to him on his left field thinking, "It feels like from the people I talk to in and around my circles, it seems like the worm is turning."

Big question, who are Charlie Sheen's friends that also buy into this? I'll leave the details of Charlie's allegations to other bloggers what want to dive deep into the conspiracy theory hype, but what is important to know here is that in America, everyone has the freedom to believe what they want.

While it is sad on a day like today that we have to submit ourselves to gawd awful conspiracy theories and really just silly thinking, the silver lining is that in our country we allow people the freedom to be stupid.

There is not much I get bent out of shape about, but as the Tila Tequila (real surname is Nguyen) & Shawne Merriman question mark unfolds I can't help but smell a rat. Days after she was examined by paramedics and the San Diego Sheriff's Department she conveniently wears a short sleeved shirt seeking out paparazzi to photograph her. But what else could we expect from a has been ex-realty show (MTV) has been?

If you are not familiar with the story, here is a quick run-down. On September 7, 2009 San Diego Charger Linebacker Shawn Merriman is arrested at around 3:45 am at his San Diego home. Her side... He tried to choke and restrain her from leaving his home. His side, he tried to stop her from leaving while drunk.

I am on record as stating I have my doubts of Tequila's story, but even if everything she said about the incident is true, she's handled it like the attention ho many have said she is.

Since she placed him under (of all things) citizens arrest, she has done nothing to lay low or nurse her wounds or seek counseling or do anything a victim would generally do. Instead she of all things "Tweeted" about it within hours. Meanwhile Jan Caldwell (Public Information Officer) in a stand-up interview outside the Sheriff's Department stated, "Our deputies did not notice any physical injuries on her. He was taken into custody because she filed a citizens arrest; and by law we have to do that. "

Merriman quickly issued his own statement through his attorney. "There have been no charges filed against me. I want to thank the San Diego Sheriff's Department for their professionalism. I will continue to cooperate fully with the Department."

Since that time, Tequila has been on the attack. Tequila has been openly searching out media outlets to attack Merriman, yet when any media source investigates the matter the only thing that reporters find are concerns pointing back at Tequila.

So far the facts point back at Tequila as the agent provocateur. Witnesses has corroborated Merriman's claims that Tequila was drunk the night of his arrest.

When Merriman's supporters and statement through his attorney got back to Tequila that she was intoxicated the night of the event she immediately tweeted: "I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila 'Tequila' cuz the irony. I can't drink." It seems Tequila is just lying in wait for a chance to jump into the spot light.

She continued with inane tweets like this one: and that "club owner" who also said I was drinking....oh geez...why didn't they mention that HE OWNS THAT CLUB! LMFAO! Nice coverup...nice.

I guess no one had the heart to tell Tila that the statement of 'club owner' pretty much indicates he owns the club. And we are giving this woman attention?

The latest developments are that Tequila has tweeted she is going to meet with the DA's office. Why does this happen? After anyone is arrested it is the DA's office job to decide if their is a case they can prosecute. They don't prosecute cases that they don't feel they can win. So why have this meeting with Tequila at all with so little to go on? Right now the DA's office denies they have had or will have a meeting with Tila Tequila. It appears to be just more of her dog & pony shows and the DA's office is doing all they can to pacify her so they can get on to real cases.

There are LOADS of celebrity blogger sites getting sucked into the Tila Tequila hype machine only to back off later when they realize she's full of lies. But in today's age, a man is guilty upon accusation and once the media start piling on, you wonder if you can ever get a fair shake.

It appears this time, some in the media kept the other bad bloggers on balance and did not find Merriman guilty without just reason.

Bottom line, the DA is not on Tequila's side at present. Without the support of the DA's office Tila Tequila is whom the media should be piling on. She has already made big trouble for Merriman's employment with the Chargers. Her false accusations may not lead to a false criminal trial, but they may cost an innocent man his job.

Here is my personal advice to you readers. Look at her photo. Police would have seen those bruises the morning of the alleged assault. There would have been NO missing them. And while bruises take days to display, injury from any bruise is immediate. They just don't turn color for days. Police know how to determine the date of an injury based on the color stage of the bruise. Last, she has no marks on her neck. Tila's original story stated she was choked. Such a large man and tiny woman would have easily resulted in marks on her neck.

What's more the marks on her arms, circular. So what did he do? Punch her on each arm? I can just see her at home now taking some blunt object and hitting each arm. Don't laugh too hard. Imagine if she would have gotten away with this. It's utterly sick to think she dressed specifically to display the injuries. This woman is a sicko. The only good news is that all men should avoid her like the plague or risk being falsely accused by her later.

In the end how much credibility does she have over Merriman? One can't delineate all her tweets but she was actually going as far as to ask her Twitter followers to "chargers suck" to make it trend. Who is the real victim here?

The woman is full of it and should be ignored by all for the rest of her life. She just wants attention. Let's hope this is her last 15 minutes of fame and she becomes the pariah she deserves to be.

Actress Jennifer Aniston will sing and play the guitar in her upcoming movie The Goree Girls. She is not afraid to showoff her voice.

"I can carry a tune," Aniston said.

Aniston is starring, producing and singing in this film based on a 1940s-era country music group made up of female prison inmates. Production for the film starts in January, but Aniston has already been working on her singing.

"It won't be bad," Aniston said. "Here's the good news: the band – they weren't musicians. They basically created a band in prison in order to get paroled. So you're dealing with new singing voices and new instrument playing and somehow they find a way and become a huge phenomenon. It's a true story."

Apparently this is not the first time Aniston will have to sing on film. "I think I sang one little thing in a movie a long, long time ago," she said.

Katherine Heigl and her husband, Josh Kelley, are planning on adopting a baby girl from Korea. The couple had wanted a baby for quite some time, and apparently started the process about six months ago. The little girl, who is approximately ten months old, will be named Naleigh, a combination of Heigl's sister and mother's names, Leigh and Nancy. The adoption pays particular tribue to her sister, who was adopted. Heigl says, "I want to honor her and her part in my life. I think adoption is a hugely important thing." The actress's rep confirmed the happy news.

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres will sit alongside Randy Jackson, Simon Cowell and Kara DioGuardi as the new American Idol judge. Ellen will add in her unique perspectives as the fourth judge when season 9 of American Idol premieres in January.

This announcement from Fox comes about a month after Paula Abdul stated that she will not be returning to the show. DeGeneres will join the judges panel after the already in progress auditions.

"I'm thrilled to be the new judge on American Idol," DeGeneres said. "I've watched since the beginning, and I've always been a huge fan. So getting this job is a dream come true, and think of all the money I'll save from not having to text my vote."

American Idol executive producer and creator Simon Fuller is excited to have DeGeneres on board. "I could not be more excited to have Ellen join the American Idol family," Fuller said. "Ellen has been a fan of the show for many years, and her love of music and understanding of the American public will bring a unique human touch to our judging panel. I can't wait for this next season to begin."
